Master Chef Gershon Schwadron of Boca Raton, Florida

While many visitors spend their vacation relaxing, internationally renowned Master Chef Gershon Schwadron of Boca Raton, Florida, chose a different path. During his visit to Israel, Chef Schwadron volunteered his time and expertise at Laniado Hospital where he led a special culinary workshop for the hospital's kitchen staff. Working side-by-side with the dietary team, Chef Schwadron demonstrated creative techniques for preparing nutritious., colorful, and child-friendly meals designed especially for young patients in the Pediatric Department . The workshop focused on making hospital food more appealing while meeting with the nutritional and dietary requirements essential for children's recovery. The workshop provided the hospital's culinary team with practical ideas for menu planning,

food presentation, and techniquess that can be incorporated into everyday meal prepartion for peidatric patients. "Our young patients deserve meals that are not only healthy, but also comforting and enjoyable." said Chef Schwadron . "If a delicious, beautifully present meal can bring a smile to a child's face and encourage them to eat, then we've accomplished something truly meaningful."
