If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary or any other simcha and invite your friends and family recommend they donate to the Supporters in lieu of giving a gift. The same thing if you commemorate a yahrzeit, or if you are invited out for, or going away for Shabbat

We also have new cards printed for anyone who wants to buy them and send themselves. Contact any of the people on the Reference Sheet on page two or the office – or go on line and send digitally .

The Supporters Greeting cards are an ideal way of giving a gift and at the same time helping to heal the sick and save lives. The greeting cards are available and can be emailed through our digital E-card page.

In memorium Renie Hirsch ע"ה

Irene Hirsch ע"ה , known as Renie to all, peacefully passed away in May. She was just short of 93 years old and lived together with her beloved husband, Henry ז"ל (who passed away two years ago) in Netanya. She grew up in a small town of Waterford NY, was valedictorian of her high school class and attended Cornell University. She was a school teacher, social worker, spoke several languages and played and taught guitar. She acted and directed in community plays. In Netanya Renie was a well-known and beloved figure and involved in various charitable causes. She was a member of the Supporters, together with Henry , for many, many years and was responsible for running many well- loved and very successful "Jazz Concerts" to benefit the Sanz Medical Center,Laniado hospital.. Our condolences go to her three sons, Mark, Jonathan & Daniel and their families. May all the family be consoled among the Mourners of Zion.
