Why Your Support Matters At Laniado Hospital , we are training over 100 students in our BSN program , preparing them to become registered nurses. In addition, 90 students are enrolled in a special career-change program for those with prior degrees who seek a more meaningful, stable profession. Many of these students are older women, often married with children, who are eager to transition into nursing — where they can both help support their families and also contribute to their communities. With Israel facing a national nursing shortage , your support directly impacts patient care at Laniado Hospital. As we expand our hospital to meet the growing population of Netanya and the Sharon region , we need more skilled nurses to care for our patients.
